3) Advertised Selection
This process is used when a multitude of positions need to be filled very quickly, for general positions where candidates from other industries may be considered, or when covering a wide geographical market. We will assist you in designing and placing the advertisement, and screen all resumes received through the advertisement. You will only be presented with suitable candidates. A retainer is payable to contribute towards the screening and shortlisting process. This is deducted from our total fee which is due when the candidate accepts the offer of employment. Our fee excludes the cost of placing the advertisement, which will be charged to you at cost.
